Get IRS Tax Relief from an expert in resolving back taxes and IRS problems!
I am sure that most of us have heard the following commercial on one of your favorite stations: “I was tens of thousands of dollars in debt to the IRS. I could not sleep at night and was totally stressed all the time. Finally, I called a reputable Tax Resolution Center and they settled my debt for pennies on a dollar. My only regret is that I didn’t do this a lot sooner.”
This week has been an awesome week. We would like to share our accomplishments with you because it IS possible. It is amazing and this could be you if you have IRS issues.
Client #1 – Owed almost $20,000 to the IRS and the IRS had issued a wage levy on their employment income. We reviewed the taxpayer’s information and requested the IRS release the wage levy imposed on this taxpayer based on the client’s current situation. The IRS released the wage levy immediately. We then recommended this client proceed with an Offer In Compromise to completely resolve their tax debt with the IRS. The client agreed to proceed and we proposed an Offer amount of $50. The offer was reviewed by the IRS and the decision was made to accept the offer.
Client #2 – Owed over $104,000 to the IRS. We reviewed the taxpayer’s information and recommended this client proceed with an Offer In Compromise to completely resolve their tax debt with the IRS. The client agreed to proceed and we proposed an Offer in the amount of $50. The offer was reviewed by the IRS and the decision was made to accept the offer. This client was ecstatic and very grateful. We all shared in the excitement and gratitude of this client.
Client #3 – Owed over $400,000 to the IRS. We reviewed the taxpayer’s information and recommended this client proceed with Currently Not Collectible Status to prevent all collection activity until the Collection Statue expires. The IRS has only ten years to collect the tax amount owed once it has been assessed. The client agreed to proceed and we provided information to the IRS to support this position. The Currently Not Collectible information was reviewed by the IRS and the decision was made to place this client in the Currently Not Collectible Status. This client was so relieved and pleased.
Client #4 – Owed almost $20,000 to the IRS. We reviewed the taxpayer’s information and recommended this client proceed with an Installment Payment Arrangement based on their current financial situation with a payment that would fit into their budget. The IRS will accept a payment arrangement with 72 month terms if you qualify. The IRS was looking for a payment in the amount of $275 per month. We offered a payment amount of $75 based on their current situation and the IRS reviewed the client’s situation and approved the Installment Payment Agreement.
Client #5 – Had unfiled tax returns for five years. The IRS had prepared tax returns on the client’s behalf assessing large amounts due on each year without any expenses in the amount of $120,000. We reviewed the taxpayer’s information and recommended this client proceed with us filing the original returns for each year. Once the returns were posted, his balan
ce decreased to $32,000, which we set up a payment plan that the client could afford to pay with the IRS.
Even if you can’t afford to pay your back taxes, we can give you the help you need to settle your IRS debt. Let us help you get your issues resolved. We are here to help you in this process. Terena Meador, E.A.
